Anne Mitchell is a freelance artist based out of New Jersey, specializing in fine art, photography and graphic design.

 

I find myself comfortable with all means of visual expression! Fine art is at the core of my heart - and find that my drawings and paintings are reflections of myself. Photography provides a more immediate way to connect with clients in their very special moments and document those meaningful events with the eye of a fine artist. Design allows me to create inspired solutions for any artistic need.

 

I possess an instinctual need to create. Within every piece I produce, I translate a personal and emotional concept through a saturated, feminine lens.  I'm drawn to organic shapes and lines inspired by the female form, the beauty of nature and by the macrocosm that is the universe. What is art but the creation of composition - placing the right stroke of color, note, movement or word in the right place, at the right time. I am inspired by artists of all kinds! We are connected by the need to create, to love, to form, to grow a concept from inception to conclusion…to make art is to give life to a thought. To give life is to live on forever.
